The C Suite is an Ontario based creative and operational studio. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when it may be disclosed, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.

1. Accountability

The C Suite is responsible for personal information under its control. Questions, requests or concerns may be sent to hello@thecsuites.ca.

2. Personal information we collect

We limit collection to information reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. This may include your name, business name, email address, selected service, inquiry details, communications, project records and materials required to deliver an agreed service.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or project files through the public contact form. An appropriate sharing method can be arranged after your inquiry is reviewed.

3. How we collect information

Information may be collected directly from you, from a person you authorize, from service providers that support our operations or from public business sources where permitted and reasonably required.

4. Why we use personal information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand your needs, prepare estimates and proposals, deliver agreed services, manage communications and records, maintain security, prevent misuse and meet contractual or legal obligations.

5. Consent and your choices

Consent may be provided through a website form, project approval, written instructions or another clear action. You may withdraw consent for future use by contacting us, subject to active project, contractual and legal recordkeeping requirements.

After a project is confirmed, Microsoft OneDrive for Business may be used to receive and manage required materials. File request links are intended only for the identified recipient and project. Highly sensitive information should only be shared through a method agreed with us in advance.

7. Service providers and processing

We may use Netlify for website services and Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for email, communications, file storage and collaboration. Providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other jurisdictions where local laws may apply.

8. When we disclose information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited information may be shared with service providers, authorized collaborators, professional advisers or lawful authorities when reasonably required and permitted by law.

9. Retention and deletion

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose and for contractual, accounting, security, dispute and legal requirements. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed or required to be retained.

10. Safeguards

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, including access controls, limited permissions, secure service providers and project specific sharing methods.
